Simply click the switch ONCE and the light will use the charge from the solar collector.
Click a SECOND time, and if needed the light will be powered by the backup lithium battery.
Click a THIRD time to turn it off and the Light will resume its default position of charging from the solar collector.
Indicator lights: RED illuminates when charging, YELLOW when using Solar Power from the collector, and GREEN when being powered by the lithium backup batteries.

Hybrid Flashlight 40 Lumen (HL40)

Light up your life with this 4oz companion that is 7 inches long and provides 40 lumens of power for 8 hours of use on a full charge.

This most popular of our hybrid lights gives bright results; is waterproof, floats and fits so well in any glove box or favorite drawer. When the solar collector has discharged or dimmed, simply recharge using any light source including the sun (which is always best); ambient or artificial light. Then store, use and comfortably repeat the process as needed. The HL40 can be stored for 7 years and will retain 90% of the original power provided by two back up #2032 coin cell lithium batteries; which will provide 50 hours of backup power when called upon. Hybrid Flashlight 120 Lumen (HL120)

Less than 9" long and weighing only 7.5 oz., the HL 120 will impressively provide 120 lumens of power on a full charge; and will do so for 6 hours.

It is comfortably and functionally bright, waterproof (floats) plus incredibly durable. When the solar collector has discharged or dimmed, simply recharge using any light source (sun is best) but ambient or artificial light works too. Store or use; and then comfortably repeat the process again as needed. The HL 120 can be stored for 7 years and still retain 90% of the original power from three back up lithium batteries (#2032) which if needed, will provide 30 hours of backup power. Hybrid Spotlight

Featuring a three position adjustable handle, this spotlight can be carried with the arm extended in any position.

Weighs 1lb 9oz, 9.5 inches tall x 5.75 inches wide at lens and runs 6 hours on full charge. Our Spotlight is also waterproof, floats, and is rubber protected. Here's a spotlight that will be welcomed at any boating activity, outdoor event or for use when emergency lighting is needed. Backup batteries are 3 AAA batteries, which will provide up to 10 hours of backup power in addition to including a 120v AC and 12v adapter.

At 1lb 2oz, 7.5 inches tall x 3.75 inches wide, our Camping Lantern will draw a crowd and provide light enough for a family outing, a sizeable tent or for emergency use when needed.

Runs 8 hours on a full charge and is water resistant, floats, and features an ergonomic rubber handle and base. The 4 AA backup batteries are in addition to both the 8 hour charge as well as the 120volt AC charger and 12v adapter. It can be stored for 3 years.
